As the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic continues to spread globally, we would like you to know that we are committed to providing uninterrupted continuity of service to our customers, supporting our communities and ensuring the safety of us all.
We recognize the unique role Netreo plays in monitoring your vital infrastructure and realize that your businesses and infrastructures are now under increasing strain due to COVID-19. We are here and ready to help you with monitoring your infrastructure, particularly as there is unprecedented pressure on managing the availability and performance of services to remote workforces. If you have short term critical needs for licenses, technical support, or best practice guidance for navigating this unprecedented situation, please reach out to your account team or email us at [email protected]
We are thankful for the many of you who are in the front lines of COVID-19 care: hospitals, emergency services, medical device manufacturers. In order to cope with the pandemic, many of you have been taking extraordinary measures to cope with the surge in demand for medical services. For example, some hospitals are converting hotels and establishing tear-down clinics.
As a contribution to your front line efforts, we would like to help with some CovidTech. We are offering free licenses and services to assist with getting the IT visibility you need to help you extend your mission-critical infrastructure to these temporary locations. If you need any help, please reach out to us for more information at [email protected]

We have taken measures to ensure the safety of Team Netreo, while maintaining our support for you. We have been working from home since Monday, March 16th. As we consider how long we will continue working from home, we will continue to monitor and consider the advice from the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the US Department of State, the UK Department of Health and Social Care and government and health officials in local communities where our team live and work. Meanwhile, we are equipped to engage with you remotely (via Mobile, Go-to-Meeting/ Zoom, Slack, etc). As you know, many of us have already been working remotely – so this transition has been seamless for us.
We believe in loving our Customers, Community and Company. You can rely on all of us at Netreo to continue to support your needs during these challenging times.
Please contact us at [email protected] if you have any questions or concerns.
