COMMUNITY
We are thankful for the many of you who are in the front lines of COVID-19 care: hospitals, emergency services, medical device manufacturers. In order to cope with the pandemic, many of you have been taking extraordinary measures to cope with the surge in demand for medical services. For example, some hospitals are converting hotels and establishing tear-down clinics.

COMPANY
We have taken measures to ensure the safety of Team Netreo, while maintaining our support for you. We have been working from home since Monday, March 16th. As we consider how long we will continue working from home, we will continue to monitor and consider the advice from the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the US Department of State, the UK Department of Health and Social Care and government and health officials in local communities where our team live and work. Meanwhile, we are equipped to engage with you remotely (via Mobile, Go-to-Meeting/ Zoom, Slack, etc). As you know, many of us have already been working remotely – so this transition has been seamless for us.

What is involved in Netreo’s CovidTech service?
During 2020 we offered free Netreo licenses to help monitor the extended IT environments of entities serving Covid-19 care needs. These entities include – and will not be limited to – hospitals, clinics, government agencies (e.g., 911), and Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) supporting these vital services. Our offer includes remote set-up/installation services to get you started rapidly.
Where is this service available?
This service is available wherever you are around the world – we just need to be able to work with your teams remotely.
How long can we leverage this service?
We expect to offer this community service as long as you need it.
