How will this acquisition impact my CloudMonix implementation?

There will be no impact on your CloudMonix implementation. 

Will there be any changes to my CloudMonix subscription?

No, there will be no changes to your subscription. If you are interested in extending your subscription to use the Netreo full stack monitoring platform, please contact us via the form here and a member of the Netreo team will be happy to assist you.

Where do I go if I need technical support? 

You can continue reaching out to support via support@cloudmonix.com or call support at +1-949-398-0039. Netreo has been known to provide world class support to customers: in addition to technical support engineers who will respond to your enquiries, we also have Customer Success team members available to ensure that your business outcomes are met.

Will I need to change the way I pay for my CloudMonix subscription?

No, there are no changes to the way you pay for your subscription.

What will happen when CloudMonix capabilities are integrated into the Netreo platform?

In the short term, there will be no changes to the services that CloudMonix provides to you. Once the CloudMonix capabilities are fully integrated into the Netreo platform, there will be a smooth transition plan for you to move from CloudMonix to the Netreo platform. 

Am I able to try Netreo?

Absolutely! We encourage all CloudMonix customers to take the Netreo platform for a test drive and experience Netreo’s full stack monitoring capabilities. You can download a free trial of Netreo here.

We do not have a firm date for full integration, but we will keep you updated. In the meantime, take CloudMonix for a test drive using the link in the answer below.
