Will there be any changes to my Retrace subscription?

No, there will be no changes to your subscription. If you are interested in extending your subscription to use the Netreo full stack monitoring platform, please contact us via the form here and a member of the Netreo team will be happy to assist you.

Where do I go if I need support?

You can continue reaching out to support via the Stackify Support Portal or [email protected]. Your favorite Stackify support personnel are now part of the Netreo team, so you will continue to receive the same levels of support and service you know and love.

Will I need to change the way I pay for my Retrace subscription?

No, there are no changes to the way you pay for your subscription.

Will the Retrace capabilities be integrated into the Netreo platform?

In the short term, there will be no changes to the services that Stackify provides to you. We will keep all customers regularly informed as the platforms converge.

Am I able to try Netreo?

Absolutely! We encourage all Stackify customers to take the Netreo platform for a test drive and experience Netreo’s full stack monitoring capabilities. You can request a demo here.

No, there will be no changes to your subscription. If you are interested in using the Retrace or Prefix solutions, setting up your Retrace or Prefix trial only takes a few minutes and can be accessed here. Alternatively, please contact your customer success account manager and they will be happy to assist you.

When will Retrace capabilities be added to the Netreo platform?

We do not have a firm date for full integration, but we will keep you updated. In the meantime, take Retrace for a test drive using the link in the answer below.
