Director, Support & Professional Services
Brian joined Netreo over three years ago after decades of work with various MSP environments, including several years using the Netreo platform as part of the services provided. As the Director of Services and Support with Netreo, he is responsible for the delivery of both the Support services, as well as the Implementation and TAS services. In addition to his duties Brian also works directly with some of our largest enterprise clients on new implementations as well as TAS services.
Professional Services Engineer
Steve started with Netreo just over 3 and a half years ago. Building from experiences with company’s such as DISH and Amazon, he has extensive experience handling customer engagements as well as technical experience with networking and end user equipment. His role today as a Professional Services Engineer primarily focuses on the implementation, configuration, and ongoing strategic support and planning with his Trusted Advisor accounts and Netreo. He also serves as a technical resource for any escalated cases for optimal case resolution times and experience.
