Netreo integrates with both cloud and on-premises versions of ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus by creating new requests when its alerts are raised. The integration allows for a fine-grained control of what information is sent to ManageEngine based on resources, resource groups, severity levels, etc. If Netreo detects that alert condition is no longer active, it can automatically close the associated request.
